About the Role:

We seek a part-time Project Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery. You will act as the primary technical liaison, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with Bahraini building codes.

Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.

Coordinate stakeholders (contractors, clients, suppliers) and resolve technical issues.

Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and submit final as-built drawings.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Certifications: PE license or equivalent (preferred).

Experience: 5–10 years in construction project management; Bahrain project experience (advantageous).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, construction methods, and codes.

Language: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency (preferred).

Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, time management, attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with facility projects.

Strong stakeholder management and site supervision expertise.
