Description

Visit assigned stores/outlets regularly to perform inspections and preventive maintenance.

? Maintain and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units.

? Diagnose equipment faults and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs.

? Ensure all electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems are functioning properly.

? Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

? Complete preventive maintenance checklists and maintain service records.

? Report major equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement.

? Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

? Coordinate with store teams to minimize operational disruption.

? Maintain tools and ensure proper use of spare parts.

? Perform any other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

Technical certificate or relevant maintenance experience.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in maintenance or similar role.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
Ability to travel between stores and work flexible hours when required.
Willingness to learn and support the maintenance team.

SALARY BHD180 - 200
