Description

A leading manufacturer in the furniture industry, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to join our team. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire production process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
Manage production schedules, monitor progress, and address any delays or issues.
Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed.
Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate raw materials are available for production.
Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Train, manage, and mentor production staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Handle troubleshooting and resolve any production-related problems or challenges.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A degree in industrial engineering, business management, or a related field is preferred.
