Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our electronics and mobile accessories store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall performance and profitability of the store.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, mobile phones, and mobile accessories.
- Previous experience in a store manager or retail supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phones, chargers, cables, power banks, TWS earbuds, headphones, cases, screen protectors, and other electronic accessories.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Computer literate, with experience using POS systems, inventory management software, and ERP systems such as Odoo preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and work under sales targets.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement plans to improve sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize the average transaction value.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend suitable promotions.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and promotional execution

The ideal candidate should be proactive, commercially minded, customer-focused, and capable of taking ownership of store performance while maintaining high operational standards.
