Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Structural Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of structural components for various projects. This role requires frequent site visits, coordination with government bodies, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Structural Design & Analysis: Develop safe and efficient structural designs using engineering principles and software.
Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and safety standards.
Government & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and compliance with Bahrain’s construction laws.
Material Selection & Testing: Assess and recommend appropriate construction materials for durability and cost-effectiveness.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and company safety policies.
Technical Reports & Documentation: Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and inspection documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
Valid engineering license in Bahrain (CRPEP registration required CATEOGRY B OR A).
experience in structural engineering, preferably in Bahrain.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong knowledge of Bahraini building codes and international standards.
Willingness to conduct frequent site visits and interact with government bodies as needed.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
