Responsibilities:
-Oversee fleet management, inculding expansion and optimization
-Analyze operational processes, idenrifying ares for improvement and cost reduction
-Monitor and improve driver performance, attendance, and order acceptance
-Ensure timely shifts and attendance for all riders.
-Generate and analyze company MIS reports
-Support business growth and expansion
-Ensure prompt and response to queries and requests
-Maintain open communication and experience worker

Requirements:
-Strong andlytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in operations management
-Excellent communicatiob and leadership abilities
-excellent in Microsoft and presentations
-Ability to work in a fast and experience workers.
