Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor or In-charge to lead and manage the efficient operations of our fast-paced hypermarket warehouse in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in a high-volume, retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Inventory Management:
* Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products, including fresh produce, frozen goods, and non-perishables.
* Implement and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar software.
* Conduct regular stock checks, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
* Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and spoilage while maximizing profitability.
*Warehouse Operations:
* Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including pickers, packers, and drivers.
* Plan and optimize warehouse layout and workflow to ensure efficient product flow and maximize space utilization.
* Coordinate with transportation providers for timely and cost-effective deliveries to branches.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
* Quality Control:
* Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product integrity and freshness.
* Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, and address any issues promptly.
* Manage product recalls and returns effectively.
*Reporting and Analysis:
* Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse costs.
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

*Qualifications:

*Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or In-charge in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a hypermarket setting.
*Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
*Skills:
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using WMS and other relevant software.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* *Other Requirements:*
* Valid driver's license (preferred).
* Experience working in the Middle East (preferred).
* Fluency in English (essential); Arabic language skills are a plus.
