A well-known company in Bahrain, currently looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement process by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in procurement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company
policies.
•Track order progress and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control activities.
• Support the procurement team in various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Or Diploma .
• 5-7 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
