Description

Responsibilities:-

● Maintenance of Aluminium Smelter Plant Process equipment like, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system, Utility, EOT cranes, PTM cranes and all sub assembly repairing.

● Adeptly planned, executed, monitored & managed maintenance schedule falling under the following categories, Gear box , pneumatic and hydraulic system ,Eot cranes, PTM cranes & its auxiliary equipments, heavy equipment.

● Proficient with present production methodologies, systems in compliance with quality standards like IMS, TPM and 5S technology.

● Active participation as a team player within a cross-functional team to plan and execute QIPs.

● Steering value engineering/modifications with the aim of bringing down energy consumption, Pollution Control and maintenance cost.

● Managing & Providing leadership to permanent & contract team members for adherence to 100% Equipment availability, SOP’s& Training.

● Planned for Major Shut down Tool and tackles, material, Working Procedure, Schedule.

Requirement:-

Nearly 4-5 years or above of experience in maintenance of Aluminium Smelter Plant Process equipment like, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system, Utility, EOT cranes, PTM cranes and all sub assembly repairing.
