Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure the hospital's facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs of hospital facilities.

Handle electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general maintenance tasks.

Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Coordinate with external contractors when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance.

Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems.

Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.

Experience in hospital or facility maintenance is preferred.

Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs.
