What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing advice
Selling: Recommending products, up-selling, and processing purchases
Inventory management: Receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies
Sales targets: Working towards sales goals and contributing to the store's success
Loss prevention: Monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security policies
Visual merchandising: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Promotions: Understanding and promoting current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs
