Electrical Work Supervisor: 2 Nos

Min Experience: 5 years

Salary Range for Work supervisor: 250 – 300 BHD Based on an interview
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK

1. The main activity of the contractor workmen is to carry out daily inspection, preventive maintenance (pm), activities, on pre specified days on all instrument/ electrical equipment, instrument/ electrical panels, instrument / electrical components and appliances installed in the above-mentioned area.

2. The technician has to dedicatedly follow the instruction and time schedule of the activities listed in the pm sheet provided by alba to effectively carry out the pm of the equipment.

3. The pm activity comprises of daily inspection, cleaning, lubricating, repair and replacement of all type of instrument / electrical equipment and components, such as transmitters/ switches/ sensors / instrument, electrical cables, and all such devices and appliances, under the control of electrical & instrument maintenance department.

4. Carry out the instrument preventive maintenance (pm) activities in carbon 1 & 2 related to plant equipment and machines including all type of sensors, switches, transmitters, controllers, electronic cards, junction boxes and instrument control panels.

5. To carry out to repair, trouble shoot, and maintain the below the list of equipment,

• flow transmitter
• pressure transmitter
• temperature transmitter
• shutoff valve
• remote plc i/o control panel
• gas flow totalizer.
• temperature switches,
• flow switch on ball mill tank lubrication system.
• hydraulic power pack unit
• chiller unit for furnace
• plc panel for gas station.
• dust flow sensor
• inspect the thermocouples
• cut and prepare the steel braded cable for thermocouple.
