• Train housekeepers on cleaning activities.
• Oversee daily staff briefings.
• Check the cleanliness of apartments and common areas.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements.
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and resolve job issues.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock.
• Participate in large cleaning projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

•Experience in the Hotel Industry, hands-on experience, industrial cleaning equipment, excellent organizational skills, and a valid Bahrain Driving License.
