Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Development Lead to join our team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Overall responsibility for all project planning and engineering activities (Scheduling, supervising and
control).
• Ensure that the project is given appropriate priority by prioritizing work and ensuring that adequate resources are available, and the project progresses in a timely manner.
• Project team Management and ensure consistency on all projects.
• Understand the system, specifications & controls and prepare drawings based on the requirement.
• Understand Cause & Effect of the design / drawings.
• Coordinate to prepare initial and final estimates for the project, including materials, labour etc based on the requirement.
• Control cost expenditure against estimates and report cost position / variations to seniors on a regular basis.
• Installation, execution of project as per the requirement.
• Co-coordinating with project team including Sub-Contractors for timely execution and operational issues if any.
• Verify proper functioning of the system after installation.
• Check the performance of the installed system, ensure the system meets the specified design intent through a series of tests and adjustments.
• Report variance of the system and take corrective action.
• Capture and record good performance of the system for further operations and maintenance.
• Update progress of projects / services to seniors, submit required reports to the Company and its Clients.
• Manage project documentation from initiation to handover, meeting all milestones.
• Participate in meetings / seminars with clients / consultants and deliver presentations as required.
• Involve in Quality Management System, Audits, process improvement at various stages of the project / services with the support of seniors.
• Provide consultancy support to customers / act as subject matter expert, provide training and guidance to the team.
• Develop strong client relationships.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and policies at the project site.
• Adhere to defined process and policies of the Company.
• Escalate Client issues, process anomalies in a timely manner to seniors.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Division.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges effectively.
