Issue and manage tickets using GDS systems

Stay current on travel regulations, trends, and promotions

Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process

✅ What We’re Looking For:

IATA Certification is REQUIRED

Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role

Proficiency with GDS platforms (Sabre) Or Online Portals

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Passion for travel and helping others discover the world
