Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor cum Sales Agent to oversee our cleaning operations and drive sales growth in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning services, managing a team of cleaning staff, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Supervisor:

- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality services
- Manage a team of cleaning staff, including training, supervising, and evaluating performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.

Sales Agent:

- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in cleaning services or hospitality industry.
- Proven sales and marketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)
- Driving license mandatory
