Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently, following all service standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest questions regarding food and beverages.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
Assist in setting up and closing down the dining area for service.
Maintain a high standard of appearance, including uniforms and grooming.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a 4-star or fine-dining environment.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food and beverages, with an interest in learning more.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
