Join our dynamic team at ISTANBUL REAL ESTATE WLL! We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to fill the following roles:

1. Real Estate Agents
Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on market trends and property listings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Valid Driving License & RERA license.

2. Accounts Professional
Responsibilities:

Manage financial transactions, invoices, and reports.
Prepare budgets, balance sheets, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Support payroll and audit processes.
Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or Finance.
3 of experience in accounting or related fields.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

3. Watchman
Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure the building premises.
Conduct regular patrols and manage access control.
Maintain visitor logs and report unusual activities.
Respond promptly to emergencies.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a watchman or in a security role is preferred.
Physically fit and vigilant.
Good communication and observation skills.
