Description

A leading Real Estate developer company in the kingdom of Bahrain is looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Front Office Administrator.

? Greeting and assisting of clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner
? Direct persons to correct destination
? Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
? Maintain the reception area neat and tidy
? Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.
? Check, sort and forward emails to the appropriate staff
? Responding to email query
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
? Pleasant personality with a good appearance.
? Service and guest oriented
? Very good command of both written and spoken English
? Another language in addition will be an asset.
? Ability to work on shift basis.
? Candidate must be in Bahrain and willing to join immediately
