Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client in Bahrain for an Experienced Waitress.

If you have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service, managing in-house and delivery orders, and handling POS systems efficiently, please attach your updated resume highlighting your relevant experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- POS System Management: Operate a POS system proficiently to process orders and transactions accurately. Ensure a smooth workflow by addressing and resolving any technical or operational issues related to the system during service.
- Delivery Order Preparation: Accurately prepare and pack delivery orders, maintaining consistent communication with the kitchen to verify order details and ensure timely dispatch.
- In-House Dining Services: Manage the complete in-house dining experience, including setting up tables, welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, and addressing customer needs promptly. Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and satisfying dining experience.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing their requests effectively to enhance their overall experience.
- Multitasking During Peak Hours: Handle multiple responsibilities during busy periods, such as managing several tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and processing delivery orders, while maintaining high service standards.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a presentable and professional appearance in line with the restaurant's standards, ensuring a warm and approachable demeanor at all times.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a waitress in a busy restaurant or similar environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for managing orders and transactions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours.
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
