Position: Full-Time Account Executive
Location: Bahrain
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday
Salary + Commission (performance-based)

We are a progressive Social Media Agency and Marketing Consultancy in Bahrain, seeking a dedicated and ambitious Account Executive to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building client relationships, and is passionate about sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting: Identify businesses in Bahrain that need social media, marketing, or consulting services.
Sales Strategy: Present customized solutions to address clients’ marketing challenges, focusing on their specific goals.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with exceptional communication and follow-through.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on social media trends, competitors, and the Bahraini market to identify opportunities.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to unlock commission earnings and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years in sales, account management, or marketing consultancy, preferably in the social media or marketing industry.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
Bilingual: English and optional Arabic
Local Market Expertise: Understanding of Bahrain’ business environment and marketing needs.
Goal-Oriented: A driven individual who enjoys working towards targets and achieving results.
Collaborative: A team player who can work across departments to deliver client success.
