Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at EL AZZAB GROUP in Manama. The Accountant will be responsible for financial record-keeping, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Financial Accounting, Budget Analysis, and Financial Reporting skills
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Experience with financial software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or relevant certification is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor financial commitments.
Track daily income and expenses; issue daily reports.
Monitor daily sales progress; support sales personnel.
Issue weekly income and expenses reports.
Prepare monthly income and expenses reports.
Monitor all financial transactions (in and out).
Update accounting sheets and records.
Handle payroll processes (salary sheets, adjustments, borrowings, cash advances, deductions).
Conduct audits as necessary.
Prepare financial analysis for income and expenses.
Prepare balance sheets.
Issue financial plans for each quarter.
Manage the budgeting process.
