**Key Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in property sales and leasing (residential and commercial).
- Valid Bahraini driving license and own vehicle for business use.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Compensation Package:**
- Starting monthly salary from BHD 130.
- Attractive commission structure (13%), with potential earnings of up to BHD 1300 in commission.
- Monthly target-based performance expectations.
