REAL ESTATE AGENT – EXPATRIATE CANDIDATES

Binkhudhur Real Estate & Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Bahrain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle property sales and rental transactions
• Generate new leads and develop client relationships
• Respond to property inquiries and arrange viewings
• Follow up with potential clients and existing customers
• Negotiate rental and sales deals
• Prepare and coordinate property documentation
• Maintain updated property and client records
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants and management
• Achieve monthly sales and rental targets
• Promote properties through social media and online platforms

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and client-handling skills
• Lead generation and follow-up skills
• Sales and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of social media and property listing platforms
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Bahrain real estate is preferred
• Valid Driving License is a MUST
• Candidates currently in Bahrain are preferred
• Expatriate candidates are welcome to apply
