Description

Store Keeper Responsibilities:
• Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible.
• Receiving new shipments of products and checking them for accuracy and quality.
• Recording all inventory transactions, including issuance of raw materials to production, deliveries, returns, and adjustments.
• Closely monitor inventory levels and transactions to maintain adequate stock levels, avoiding overstocking or stock shortages.
• Storekeepers must receive, handle and pack goods.
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Keeping the store clean and tidy, including organizing racks and removing clutter.
• Delivering customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and transactions.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the store.

Qualifications:
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-versed in Inventory Management using Tally software and MS Excel.
• Well-presented and professional.
• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing / switchgear industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Storekeeper require a level of physical fitness, as the role requires lifting and coordination.
