Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie with a flair for Continental Cuisine? We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic catering team.

Position: Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine
Location: Muharraq
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to continental culinary traditions.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in quality and portion control.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of classic continental dishes and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
