We are excited to announce the opening of our new outlet in the Seef area and currently hiring for the following positions. Join our team and be part of a dynamic and growing culinary environment!

1. Supervisor (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including kitchen stewards and commis, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and storage.
• Ensure food quality control and consistency in preparation.
• Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the kitchen or hospitality industry.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

2. Kitchen Steward (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper sanitization and storage of kitchen appliances and utensils.
• Assist with food preparation and basic tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff.
• Monitor and manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements:
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

3. Commis (3 Positions)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including washing, chopping, and storing ingredients.
• Support senior chefs with daily tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work effectively as part of the team to meet kitchen demands, especially during peak hours.
Requirements:
• A passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
• Prior experience as a commis or in a similar kitchen role is a plus.

4. Sous Chef (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
• Assist the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations and managing staff.
• Ensure food is prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage kitchen staff for efficiency and consistency.
• Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including commis and kitchen stewards.
• Ensure all cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the kitchen.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Delivery Personnel (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of food and goods to designated locations.
• Maintain the quality and safety of deliveries by ensuring all items are packed and sealed properly.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients or recipients.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Keep accurate delivery logs and records.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
