Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic bartender to join our nightclub team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced nightlife environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to craft a wide variety of cocktails. You will be responsible for ensuring a vibrant atmosphere, managing high-volume drink orders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to nightclub recipes.
Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable customer experience.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and compliant with safety regulations.
Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a nightclub or high-volume bar.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
Ability to work late-night shifts and weekends.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
