We are pleased to announce a job vacancy for the position of Hostess at our esteemed franchise restaurant. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our guests. Below are the details of the position:

Position: Hostess
Location: Seef – Kingdom of Bahrain
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
Language Requirements: Arabic as a native language with excellent communication skills in English
Nationality: Only candidates who are Arabic-speaking
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu, restaurant services, and special offers.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a hostess or similar role in a restaurant, with at least 2 years of experience in a franchise or high-end dining setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Must be well-presented, with a friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
Salary & Benefits:
• The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
• Transportation will be provided.
• All benefits will be in accordance with the Bahrain Labor Law, including health insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service gratuity.
