Description

We are urgently seeking experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Draftsmen to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in MEP contracting and be available for local transfers, with the ability to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

* Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other trade i.e. structural, Architectural, and electrical &interior design.
* Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
* Preparation of Schematic diagram and isometric layouts.
* Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards.
* Prepare shop drawings for Mechanical Services, including HVAC systems, firefighting systems, chilled water systems, and plumbing systems.
* Prepare shop drawings for Electrical Services, such as lighting systems, small power systems, earthing systems, lightning protection systems, lighting control systems, and low-voltage systems.
* Gather information from the engineer and follow the project specifications to create the shop drawings.
* Modify drawings as per site requirements and engineer instructions.
* Conduct site visits if necessary.
