ERA Projects is looking for an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor with a strong background in building construction and hands-on MEP site supervision. The successful candidate will supervise daily MEP activities, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. These requirements align with current MEP construction roles in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily MEP construction and installation works.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related MEP systems.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily progress.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Prepare daily/weekly progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in MEP construction/site supervision.
Strong building construction background is a must.
Bahrain construction experience is highly preferred/required.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Good knowledge of construction procedures, quality control, and HSE requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
Candidates with a cancelled/transferable visa are preferred.
Important

This is a construction-focused MEP position. Candidates with hands-on building construction experience will be prioritized. Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities management without substantial construction experience may not be suitable.
