**Job Title:** Sales Executive – SMS & WhatsApp Solutions
**Location:** Bahrain
**Department:** Sales & Business Development
**Reports To:** Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

### **Job Overview:**
The Sales Executive for SMS and WhatsApp solutions is responsible for driving sales of communication solutions, including bulk SMS, WhatsApp messaging platforms, and related services. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals to help clients enhance their communication strategies.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Generation:** Identify and secure new business opportunities for SMS and WhatsApp communication solutions in Bahrain.
- **Client Prospecting:** Build a pipeline of potential clients, including SMEs, large enterprises, and sectors such as banking, e-commerce, and telecom.
- **Product Presentation:** Present the benefits and features of SMS and WhatsApp solutions to prospective clients, including bulk messaging, customer engagement, and API integration.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on competitors, pricing trends, and new technologies related to SMS and WhatsApp services.
- **Solution Customization:** Work with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs, ensuring the best possible outcome for customer communication.
- **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
- **Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- **Post-Sales Support:** Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and address any post-sale issues.

### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the telecommunications, messaging services, or digital marketing sector.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of API integrations for SMS and WhatsApp solutions is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM tools, and an understanding of messaging platforms' functionalities.
- **Languages:** Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
- **Driving License:** A valid Bahraini driving license is preferred.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience selling messaging or communication platforms (e.g., bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API).
- A solid network of contacts within industries such as banking, retail, telecom, and e-commerce.

### **Compensation:**
