About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be actively working on the ground, meeting clients face-to-face, visiting potential customers, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. This is an outdoor role requiring frequent client visits.

The position is part-time, with a 3-month probation period and a base salary + class A commission earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car

✅ Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in Bahrain

✅ Bilingual in English & Arabic

✅ Strong understanding of the Bahraini market and global trade

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

✅ Ability to work independently by visiting clients daily and closing deals

✅ Comfortable traveling within Bahrain to meet potential customers
