We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant/bar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience. Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all floor staff during shifts.
Ensure the restaurant/bar is set up to the highest standards for each service.
Address guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor staff performance, ensuring quality service and adherence to restaurant policies.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Manage shift schedules and assign daily duties.
Train and mentor new staff members.
Handle cash and end-of-shift reports.
Ensure health and safety compliance on the floor.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant/bar setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
