Restaurant Manager Wanted

F&B concept looking for a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, quality, and efficiency.
-Lead, train, and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
-Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
-Act as a guest service role model, handling customer concerns professionally and maintaining positive relationships.
-Ensure smooth branch openings, implementing company policies and procedures effectively.
-Manage employee schedules and monitor performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
-Maintain inventory levels, ensure portion control, and minimize food and operational waste.
-Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through staff empowerment and excellent service.
-Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance food knowledge and improve service.
-Stay on top of emerging food trends and continuously update the team’s product knowledge.
-Analyze financial performance, sales data, and operational costs to meet financial targets.
-Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and attract new customers.
-Coordinate with senior management to provide performance updates and business insights.
-Oversee ordering processes and control inventory.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting staff retention and development.
