CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Education - Minimum Bachelor of Commerce.
Experience - Minimum 5 yrs experience (Contracting and Maintenance field).

Manage all accounting transactions, including, accounts payable, receivable and General entries.

 Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills and bank statements
 Completed month and year end close procedures and reconciled all bank accounts
 Generated and presented monthly financial statements to senior management
 Analyzed files and accounts for discrepancies and resolved variances
 Collected and reviewed employees, department and companywide financial information
 Reviewed and processed employee expense reports and vendor invoices for payment
 Collects and verify invoices, bills and checks by performing pre-audits to ensure both accuracy and appropriateness
prior to payment
 Corresponds with vendors, maintains updated vendor profiles and processes vendor checks
 Executed customers transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and checks
 Bank Reconciliations
 Maintained company general ledger, monthly close processes and account reconciliations
 Responsible for maintain routine banking activities including cash deposits, cash disbursement, fund transfer and daily
bank Transactions monitoring.
 Preparation of balance sheet, Profit& loss Account Statements and month-end closing activities.
 Organized sales and Profit reports
 Managed a variety of accounting tasks, such as preparing vouchers for all transactions, maintain books of account and
formulating daily and weekly reports
 Daily basis Preparing Sales and Purchase Invoices with records management
 Daily Collection follow-up, Controlling Customers Credit and dealing with customers
 Weekly reporting of invoicing totals, Aging Reports, Cash Receipts and Invoice Adjustments
 Participate in audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
 Payroll Preparation & Processing : Co-ordinated for Payroll Preparation & Processing
 Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
 Co-ordinated and Prepared for VAT Filing & Submission
