At iCONEX, we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive to contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, extremely motivated with excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Develop, execute, and review a progressive business development plan to achieve monthly sales targets
 Develop strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding and responding to their needs
 Identify and convert new customer opportunities through referrals, competitive events, and alternative marketing platforms
 Strengthen relationships with existing clients and establish relationships through regular contact, conducting face-to-face visits/presentations and phone conversations
 Maintain and grow existing clients through optimized quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
 Collaborate internally with the marketing team to assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES

 Deep knowledge and understanding of the conferences and exhibitions
 Prior industry experience within B2B sales and negotiation will be advantageous
 Flexible and professional approach to all clients/customers
 Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
 Excellent telephone and message-taking etiquette
 Availability to extra hours and weekends as per project requirements
 Driven, hardworking with the ability to manage your own diary to maximise results
 Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
 Ability to priorities workload and meet strict deadlines
 Able to work individually and as part of a team
 Maintain positive working relationships with customers
 Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
 Great team player
 Willingness to travel
