Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Floor Supervisor to assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead and motivate the floor staff in delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations on the floor, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction
Assist the Floor Manager in managing and training the waitstaff and bartenders
Address customer issues and resolve any complaints in a professional manner
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to maintain service standards
Ensure that the floor area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Support the team during busy periods, helping where necessary to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and a focus on customer service
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
