Description

We are seeking a freelance dedicated and experienced Health, Safety (Temporary Base), and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of proven experience in ensuring workplace safety, managing risk assessments, and implementing effective environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
• Thorough experience in documentation & must experience in MS office and outlook
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.
• Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to employees, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management and employees to foster a safe and healthy work environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, documentation, and records related to HSE activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have own work visa
• 6-10 years of experience in a similar HSE role
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills,
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
