Job Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage SME clients through calls, messaging, and field visits
• Present products/services and conduct sales meetings
• Build and maintain long-term merchant relationships
• Manage CRM pipeline and track sales activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct merchant visits for acquisition and follow-up
• Provide market and customer feedback
• Support client onboarding and coordination with internal teams

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, POS, fintech, or marketing technology
• Strong prospecting and closing skills, including cold outreach and meeting conversion
• Experience selling to SMEs is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
• Strong Arabic communication skills; English is a plus
• Ability to perform field sales and build merchant relationships
• Target-driven mindset with resilience in handling rejection
• Basic understanding of digital payments or customer retention is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; performance-focused background valued
