We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. If you have a deep appreciation for high-quality coffee, excellent customer service skills, and experience in crafting exceptional beverages, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and cold brews.
- Educate customers on different coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
-Maintain the highest standards of coffee preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency in every cup.
-Calibrate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines, to ensure optimal performance.
-Manage inventory of specialty beans and other supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure fresh and consistent stock.
-Assist in developing and testing new coffee drinks and seasonal offerings.
-Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment and building relationships with regular customers.
-Uphold cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, following all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a barista, particularly in a specialty coffee setting, is required.
-In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
