Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth running of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and train store staff, assign tasks, and ensure a positive work environment.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders, and handle stock replenishment.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Handle cash management, including register reconciliation and preparing daily reports.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular audits of store operations and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
Experience in inventory management and cash handling.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with flexible hours (8 AM to 5 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary Range 200BHD (150 BHD Basic +50 BHD Allowance) Negotiable.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up
