**Location:** Been Cafe, Bahrain
**Salary:** BHD 220 (inclusive of accommodation, transportation)

We are offering one round-trip ticket every two years, indemnity, and visa

**Job Description:**
Been Cafe is seeking a skilled and passionate barista to join our team. We are looking for someone who has experience working in Bahrain's cafe scene and a strong understanding of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks, various brewing methods, and specialty beverages like mojitos. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, and be ready to innovate with new drink recipes and ideas to enhance our menu.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of one year of experience as a barista, preferably in Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and specialty drink preparation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate and introduce new menu items.
- Available to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Any nationality is welcome.
- Must be ready for immediate visa transfer.
