Maintenance Coordinator required for leading fire protection company in Bahrain

Responsibilities:
• Should Coordinate with client
• Keeping record of all quotations & LPOs.
• Maintaining maintenance tracker.
• Follow up to generate LPO & releasing the LPO
• Preparing schedules
• Processing invoices
• Quatation Preparations
• Day to day correspondence with all AMC providers
Maintenance Coordinator Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/B Tech /Diploma (Electrical /Mechanical)
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good basic knowledge of firefighting industry
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent organizational, management and planning skills
