General laundry technician

1.Conducts daily inspection of all Laundry Kitchen equipment.

2.Ensures that utilities services like electricity, gas, steam, hot-cold water supply are available.

3.Implements preventive maintenance of all equipment per schedule and Manufacturer’s recommendation.

4.Analyzes, evaluates machine breakdowns and implements corrective measure.

5.Specifies component parts for purchase.

6.Coordinates with Executive Chef and Laundry Manager his repair/maintenance activities within the kitchen and laundry areas.

7.Repairs faucet leaks, valves, heater controls and replaces busted ceiling light bulbs.
