We are looking for the profile of Manager - Sales with experience of 10+ years in Cement / Building Materials. Some of the key responsibilities will be as follows:-

Strategic Planning and Execution
- Market Analysis & Budget Management
- Sales Strategy development for expanding market share and reaching new customer segments.

Sales Management & Operation
- Sales forecasting and growth for both Bulk & Bags
- Pricing Strategy to increase the Sales revenue
- Monitoring and Managing Cement Sales & collections.

Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Engagement & Support
- Enhancing the Customer satisfaction score (NPS)
- Contract Negotiations

Collaboration and Coordination
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Cross-functional Collaboration

Location - Hidd, Bahrain
