We are looking for Club Manager for one of our Four Star Hotel in Bahrain,

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Manage membership programs, including recruitment, retention, and member engagement.
Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Plan and execute events, activities, and special promotions within the club.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in all club areas.
Lead, train, and motivate the club team to deliver top-notch service.
Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Club Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of club operations, membership management, and event planning.
