We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Site Supervisor will oversee the on-site execution of our advertising campaigns, ensuring that all installations and activations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to our high standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of advertising materials at various locations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all on-site work adheres to safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or activation.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities and provide regular updates to the operations manager.
• Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the advertising, construction, or event management industries.
• Strong understanding of site safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
• Multilingual ( English speaking is a must. Arabic is an added advantage )
