A leading construction company in Kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ a BOQ Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) for its construction division.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5-7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
• Responsible for quantity take off from the drawings
• Knowledge in MEP items quantity take off is an added advantage
• Identify the project risks
• Evaluation of Suppliers / Sub Contractors Invoices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license
• Cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. Expert fluency in using surveying software tools.
• Estimate material quantities, costs, labour and time for the project.
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Perform risk and value management, and cost control, during a project.
• Proven track record of overseeing multiple construction projects to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Located in Bahrain Only.
