Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing team for a key role in acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring our clients are prepared for audits and compliant with VAT regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and develop strong client relationships.
- Manage the complete accounting cycle for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare clients for audits by performing pre-audit accounting and financial readiness procedures.
- Handle VAT registration, filing, and compliance for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to Bahraini GAAP.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for clients and management.
- Stay current on accounting best practices and VAT regulations.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of Bahraini GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
